First of all, if you've not changed the setup path of your Showkase site yourself, then something must have happened on your web server to have triggered this message.
I'd ask your web host if they have made any changes to your hosting account which could account for this.

Click on the 'System' tab (to the right of 'Pages', 'Site' and 'Library') and you'll find 'Setup' as the fourth sub-tab from the left.
I changed hosts and migrated to a new server.
But the root and directories all stayed the same. However I converted from http to https.

If you move your Showkase site, then all you should really have to do afterwards is run the setup, as noted in this short support section entitled Changing Your Installation Directory.
This really ought to work but if it does not, then rather than spend hours trying to troubleshoot it, it might be quicker (depending on the size of your site) to reinstate the site afresh, importing all the pages from your old site.
(1) Install a fresh Showkase site (in the location you'd like it to be) following the instructions here.
(2) Upload your old Showkase site into a separate directory on the same hosting space as the new site. (Don't worry that it won't work... this is just so that the new site can access the files to import all your pages in the following step.)
(3) In your new site, go to 'Site -> Import' and import all the pages from your old site (pointing towards the old Showkase directory). You can import multiple pages at once so it should hopefully not take too long.
(4) You can now delete the old site (from step #2 above) if you like.
You can retain the Showkase settings from your original site by manually copying the following files and folders from your original site to your new site (overwriting the default versions which will be in place after a fresh install).
_data/sitedata (folder)
_data/themedata (folder)
_data/pagesprefs.txt (file)
_data/theme.txt (file)
Do not copy the _data/pagesdata.txt file though, as this lists the pages present in each site (which will be different after a fresh install).
If you use a custom logo via an image stored in the library, for example, then you might also like to copy the _library folder from your original site to your new site.
If you have modified any Showakse source files or used the custom.css or custom.js files, then please remember that you will need to reinstate your customized files after a fresh install.
Thanks Steven. All fixed now.
New server had a different path to public_html

No need to clean-up customized Juicebox files, right?
The customized files I refer to are any source files than you have manually edited to change the behavior of the program itself. (Generated galleries and pages are unaffected.)
With regard to Juicebox, there is really only one source file which is user-changeable, namely the 'theme.css' file. If you have modified this file yourself, then yes, you'll need to reinstate your modified version to overwrite the stock version of 'theme.css' included in the Showkase package.
The location for this file within Showkase is: showkase\admin\plugins\juicebox\master\jbcore\classic\theme.css
You might also be using a modified Juicebox font for custom icons (see here for details), in which case, your font files should go here: showkase\admin\plugins\juicebox\master\jbcore\classic\fonts\
Just republish your site (click 'Publish' once) after reinstating any of these modified Juicebox files for the modifications to be applied to all Juicebox galleries throughout your site.
