Topic: Showkase working randomly (3 replies, posted in Showkase Support)
Hi,
We are using Showkase pro and basically sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Here are some problems we have met:
- Image deleted but still showing in the gallery on the site
- Blank page / Error 500 after updating/publishing in the admin, resulting the same on the site
- The galleries not showing up anymore on the site and coming back few hours later
- Updates taking time to show up on the site
It's all random because sometimes the system works fine, sometimes one of those errors would show up.
We have run sktest and all is fine.
Could you please advise?
