The image titles and captions for one gallery (an India) are not displaying even though the settings are identical to the other galleries (flora and Mom's Home), where the titles and captions are displaying correctly: www.markpetrick.com

I've just built a new website using ShowKase Pro. It all seems pretty straight forward, but I cannot figure out how to build a simple, single image homepage. A good example of what I'm trying to do is: http://www.showkase.net/demos/sarahlee/
I've tried using a basic page, gallery page, and an about page, but they either resize the image down, or, in the case of the gallery page, they display navigation, thumbnail, etc.
This must be very simple, how do I do this?
